The M&Q Difference in Leading Industrial Markets
M&Q Packaging Corporation specializes in the development of engineered alloys to suit your needs.
Because we do all of our own blending and compounding, we are able to provide films of standard nylon, MONOLYN®
and other engineering resins or custom blend to fine tune specific properties for your application.
Features of M&Q Packaging:
Wide range of chemical resistance
Tensile strength
Thermal resistance
Tinting available when transparent nylon film is not desirable
Abrasion and puncture resistant
Fully recyclable
The unique properties of the MONOLYN® family of nylon films allow for a wide
range of applications including drum liners, solvent recovery bags,
and environmental waste disposal bags.MONOLYN® nylon film is also
available in custom-sized sheets for use in a variety of shielding and overwrap applications.
With a thermal resistance of +400ºF, tensile strength exceeding
13,000 psi, and excellent chemical resistance, MONOLYN®
provides a viable solution to many industrial manufacturing and
packaging situations.
These attributes make MONOLYN® an excellent choice for protecting components
in paint and powder coating applications, particularly in high heat curing oven environments.
MONOLYN® is an excellent nylon film for use as cast acrylic rod molds, composite vacuum bag film, and bulk molding compound bags (BMC bags), because it has good resistance to chemical attack and to the high temperatures required to cure thermoset resins.
M&Q's solvent recovery bags are made of a special blend of MONOLYN® resins designed for various heat range requirements. MONOLYN® distillation bags are available in any size required by your application. Our engineers will work with you to develop custom applications of MONOLYN® nylon film.
