Cook-In-Bags "New" Non-Stick Cook-In-Bags

The engineers at M&Q Packaging have developed a new high temperature cooking film call MQ66, which provides lower meat adhesion than conventional nylon film based cooking bags. This means less meat sticks to the bag and the bag is easier to strip off.

The unique properties of MONOLYN® nylon film make our UNICHEF® cook-in bags a welcome aid in any kitchen. UNICHEF® nylon bags allow you to serve juicier, more tender cuts of meat while reducing cooking time by a third. With meats self-basting in the UNICHEF® nylon bags, the clean-up time for pans and ovens is nearly eliminated.

When M&Q nylon film is used as a pot or kettle liner, soups and sauces do not bake on to the sides of the pot. When used as a cookie sheet or pan liner, food does not stick to the nylon film.

MONOLYN® nylon film resists oils and fats, so the UNICHEF® oven roasting bags are excellent for the marination and storage of foods with high fat content.

The UNICHEF® odor barrier qualities are outstanding; especially helpful with foods that have strong or unpleasant odors, such as seafood. Vegetables steamed in the UNICHEF® cook-in bag retain bright color and garden-fresh flavor and cook tender but crisp.

UNICHEF® makes food preparation and storage easy. The same properties that allow foods to be marinated, then cooked, also allow foods to be sealed and chilled for later use.

Increasingly, UNICHEF® is finding a home in cook/chill operations serving large institutions such as a schools, hospitals, and prison systems.
